November 14

Students have been presenting their landform slide shows! They are doing a great job!

If students haven't presented yet, they still have time to add last minute details!

Reading: Read for 1/2 hour; add to reading response (You may do either an SOS or pretend you are the character in the story)  Remember we are working on the strategy of summarizing what you read, so make sure you let the reader know the major events!  You need 4 to 5 sentences!

Spelling: Study those spelling words! We had a short week last week, and the Veteran's Day Assembly so it put us behind in Spelling.

Spelling Quiz tomorrow! Wednesday, November 15!

We are going to the Grand on Friday to see Alice in Wonderland! We will be leaving shortly after students arrive in the morning!

We will be writing the information into complete sentences tomorrow.

Reading: Two reading responses will be due this week!

Spelling: Spelling quiz tomorrow so study Unit 9 words.

Social Studies: This is not mandatory because we are doing most of it in class, but if students want to they can be looking for information on their landform for the slide show.
