Responding to your Reading

A good response is a "healthy" paragraph-8-12 sentences long.  You included a topic sentence which includes the title of the book, the author and part of the prompt.  You end with a thoughtful concluding sentence.

1.  What did you read about today?  Be as specific as possible.  Include one quote from the text.
2.  How did you feel about what you read today?  Why?

Mrs. Leighton I hope you don't mind if I use your idea for a reading response.

What is a sentence?

Try writing a sentence using the sentence fragments.
