Reading Response - (Mrs. Leighton's words) A good response is a "healthy" paragraph 8 - 12 sentences long. You include a topic sentence which includes the title of the book, the author, and a part of the prompt. You end with a thoughtful concluding sentence. What did you read today? Be specific as possible and include one quote from the text. How did you feel about what you have read?
