Author Coming To Hancock Grammar School


 On Wednesday, April 24, Angeli Perrow is coming to Hancock Grammar School!  She has written many children's books including The Lightkeeper's,  Many Hands, Captain's Castaway, The Miner's Key, Celtic Tide,  The Whispering Key, and many more.....

Make sure to bring in the book you borrowed from Mrs. Sprague's library that was purchased from PTO... Any other books that you are done reading as well!

Don't forget to return any library books to the library if they are overdue.

Keep working on independent Reading Goal

Social Studies: 6W You need to finish the map for Ancient India and the Critical Thinking Questions. Many students were able to finish in class, but if you did not make sure it is done for tomorrow.

School Speeches

Update! Many Speeches have been delivered!!!  Still more to come on Monday!  Some students are in contention to WIN!!!  The results will be in at the end of tomorrow!!  Make sure to practice if you are delivering tomorrow!!!  Good LUCK!!

School Speech Tuesday at 9:00!!   

Our Field Trip to the University of Machias

The students had a great day!  Many students had a chance to talk to Game Wardens, people who work for Border Patrol, an engineer, who studied at the University of Maine in Orono, State Police, dental hygienist, (some were even lucky enough to get have an impression done on their finger), fire ranger, coast guard, and many, many, more!!
