Mrs. Sprague's class will need to finish the reading assignment and do the role sheet over the section your group is reading. Most groups are reading pages 61 - 68. (Role sheets are: vocabulary enricher, questioner, literary luminary - pick out 3 passages that are important in the story, and/or illustrator)

Writing:
Mrs. West's class needs to write their first paragraph of a narrative. Make sure to use the graphic organizer to help you and the three different ways you could begin your story.


Reading: Both Groups are to Read the section your group decided on and do the role sheet you have been assigned. Make sure you are ready for reading group because it affects the whole group discussion.

We are taking the NWEA reading test tomorrow so make sure to get a good nights sleep.  This is only for Mrs. Sprague's homeroom class.

Homework:
Reading - Read your assigned pages and fill out role sheet that is looking at the main ideas in the chapter.  Think about what is important to the main character. (relationships he is making, progress in making it his home, etc.)  Try to develop questions that get at the heart of the story if you are the questioner.

Homework: Spelling - Unit 2 - Study Words and 3rd page

Science: Study vocabulary words in asteroid, meteor elliptical, meteoriod, AU (astronomical units)  

You also need to know where the planets are in relation to the sun!  Use the blog, notebook - the model you made, or book!

Reading: Finish reading pages from your section (Either 25-28 or 28 - 35) Finish role sheet which will be collected tomorrow.
